Equipped with your very own vintage picnic basket, visit a dairy farm to collect the first ingredient needed for your food experience: fresh mozzarella. Next stop in the whitewashed village of Cisternino for a stop at a small bakery where they will deliver the second ingredient: friselle.

Another ten minutes to get to the last ingredients: tomatoes and oregano. They will wait for you on the road to the Masseria, where you can prepare them according to one of the most typical Apulian recipes. Everything is ready for the pinnacle of your culinary tour.
