Gianna is a dynamic and passionate chef, often accompanied at the school by her talented daughter. Learn the secrets of the region’s culinary traditions, the seasonal produce and of course, get hands-on in the kitchen. The course lasts 2-3 hours, plus dining time where you can feast on the dishes you have prepared in a 4-course lunch or dinner.
