Highlights? My goodness every day is a highlight. Loved Matera, it was great. So much history and culture. There’s not a day that I haven’t loved. Probably my favourite moment was making the tomato sauce with Gianna. She was fantastic. To be welcomed into someone’s house is I think one of the greatest things that you can do when you’re on holiday. I’m not a cook so it was absolutely wonderful.
